Hey Craig. I am currently looking for GC in the Louisville, KY area. Recently, acquired a 4-unit property and need to have it renovated. I saw your post in the conversation and was hoping that you would be willing to recommend some GC for me to reach out to. Thanking you in advance.

I am looking for a partner (or partners) to partner with me on a few deals that I am working in Texas.

Deal 1 is a 26-unit apartment and I need a partner to provide $300K max. I have the financing just need the down payment.  

Deal 2 is 96-unit total and I need a partner to provide $500K. Seller wants to close fast so he is requesting hard money lenders or private money lenders.  

**Note** I have another deal I am working on and would need down payment money as well. 

Deal 3 would be for 36-units, but I am still working on the details of this deal.

Message me for more detail and if you would like to talk through the deals that is okay as well.

Thanks Michael, Lee, and Rigoberto! I've started to attend the local REI events here in the area and I actually attended Lee's last class that he hosted here in Warner Robins, GA. There is a ton of information on this site and I often find myself overwhelmed at the amount of information that is available within the forums.

Hello fellow BP members. I am a new investor in the Warner Robins/Macon, Ga area who is primarily interested in multi-family properties with a secondary interest in buy/flip. I am hoping to learn a lot from the community and I am very receptive to advise. I would love to meet some local members and maybe establish a mentor/mentee relationship were we could bounce ideas off each other and gain further knowledge. I would also like to meet a partner who is interested in doing deals together.
