Minimum Credit Score: 650 FICO

Number of Properties: 3 – 20

Loan Amount: $200,000 – $2,000,000

Minimum Property Value: $60,000

DSCR Requirements:

SFR Property Value < 250,000: 1.2 DSCR

SFR Property Value > 250,000: 1.0 DSCR

Duplex Property: 1.4 DSCR

Triplex/Fourplex Property: 1.5 DSCR

Prepayment Penalty: 120% of current UPB for subject property

Where: Across 3 counties; No multi-state

Reserves Needed: 6 months

Additional Requirements:

oMust be same owner for all properties

Increase in property value more than 30% within the last 12 months, an explanation must be provided.
