We buy a couple a month.  After 2 years of seeking "the right realtor", I have found a guy who is getting us deals.  We also do newspaper, TV, radio, bandit signs, etc, and buy from wholesalers.  We also wholesale deals that are outside of our area (Charleston).  I will let you know when I have deals in the upstate and midlands.

Easily.  Some of my landlord friends estimate the rental rate on this house at $750-$850 a month.  I have a buyer for this one.  We have not closed yet. We signed an agreement on Thursday and he is supposed to give me earnest money tomorrow.  I will let you know if he backs out.  

I also have a house for sale at 2910 Lexington Ave in North Charleston.  Rental rate is $850 in that neighborhood. You can check it out on Zillow or Craigslist.
