Hi everyone,
We are new to flipping but are looking for our dirt property to flip.
What strategies are best used for financing my first flip?
We have saved some money and are ready to start.

Looking for some advice in regards to the hand over of our house in a divorce. I have a "friend" who is going through a divorce right now. The land and the house is in both their names however he would like to remove her name from the title and mortgage while letting her live there. However he would then be forced to give her half of the equity of the home. This is not fair as the land was given to this individual as family inheritance. He would like to sell the house back to himself and rent the house back to his ex-wife.
Any suggestions?

Thanks @Chris Howe for the insight. I have looked into joining a local REI group, but have yet to take the time to really investigate what it can gain me.
My long term REI goal would be to replace my income and do this full time.
Thanks @Account Closed I will be in touch.

Hello everyone, I'm extremely excited to join and start sharing and gaining knowledge from all the users in this group. After starting in real estate a few years ago I'm interested getting more knowledge in flipping houses or making deals with low cash up front.
Look forward to hearing from everyone.
