Hi there! My husband and I have a 7-unit multi-family and one single family home as rental investment properties in New Hampshire. We started investing in real estate 2 years ago and are definitely still in the "novice" category. Currently, we are in contract on a 10,000 square foot commercial building that we are hoping to convert into a 12+ unit multi-family.  We're both feeling like we've gotten in a bit "over our heads" with this project, but at the same time, we don't want to shy away from a big opportunity just because it's hard, daunting, overwhelming, etc.

We're hoping that we can find someone in the BP community that could come alongside us and give us some insight and support as we navigate this new territory.  We will happily pay for consulting services, coaching, etc.

Can anybody recommend a great adviser, consultant or coach?

Thank you for any help or suggestions that you can offer!!!

Thank you!!!  Much appreciated.

Thank you both for your input!  I should have clarified that we are planning on renovating an existing commercial building into a multi-family, so we wouldn't be dealing with new construction expenses.  All the numbers seem to check out and it appears to be a great opportunity, but we definitely have wondered about the economic viability of Ossipee vs. surrounding areas.  We'll definitely check out Albany in the future!  If anyone has any recommendations for rental property management in the Conway, Ossipee, Wolfeboro area, please let us know.

Also, does NH have and BP meet ups or networking groups?

Hi there,

My husband and I have a small rental property portfolio (8 doors) in NH and are looking to possibly expand into the Ossipee area by building a 12 unit multi-family apartment building. Does anyone have knowledge of the Ossipee community? Pros and cons of this particular area?  General recommendations? Insights?  We are relative novices and are grateful for any information that you can send our way.  Also looking to connect to any BP networking groups in the NH area.

Thank you!!!
