I agree that renting does not look to be your best option in this case. I could add to that but I think that the others before me stated what I was going to say.

Hello and welcome. I too am from Pennsylvania, and to be more exact the city of West Chester. I am quite new and plan to start investing in the near future and am curious how you found the 30% number, where I too can find this and other numbers of importance. Thanks.
