Hello BP! Log time listener, first time caller :)

First, I would like to give a shout out to @Brandon Turner and his sidekick, co-host @Joshua Dorkin (insert evil chuckle here) for the many great hours of entertainment on my daily commutes. You guys have provided a ton of great information out to the investment community, please keep up the great work!

About Me

I am a buy and hold investor from Las Vegas. I invest in quality, cash flowing properties in great areas across the city. I am always interested in access to more deals or financing so please reach out to me if you can provide either. I look forward to contributing to the plethora of great discussion here and hope to add value and help grow the community.

Full Time Job

I invest in RE on the side as my main business is financial planning. I recently just started my own financial planning firm after working for other planners and advisors off and on for the past 10 years. RE investing in addition to a sound financial plan will allow me to achieve my long term goal of early retirement.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to have $10,000 passive income per month. I do not like putting a certain number of houses or units to this goal as owning is only one part of the equation. I will also add notes to my portfolio and am actively seeking quality performing notes to add to my passive income goal.

My second goal is to expand into multifamily within the next year or two. I would like to acquire value add units that once renovated would attract higher quality tenants and higher cash flow.

A third and more long term goal would be to add small commercial properties to the portfolio.

Many exciting times ahead and look forward to the new connections and relationships I make along the way.

Thanks for reading,

Ryan
