pay someone to fix it.  If the damage deposit is still in your hands, subtract the bill from the deposit. If you have already refunded the deposit, then you need to forget about it and move on.

Hi, I'm new to the community, looking to get restarted in RE after a lengthy hiatus.  I found a deal that has gone off-market.  Original owner/operator still on tax record.  I talked to him in person at length about his situation.  He wants out.  Rapidly improving area.  Sizeable in-city corner lot with single story teardown commercial. I'm looking to connect him to a buyer.  I'm a NE Portland resident.
