Hi, I'm new to the community, looking to get restarted in RE after a lengthy hiatus.  I found a deal that has gone off-market.  Original owner/operator still on tax record.  I talked to him in person at length about his situation.  He wants out.  Rapidly improving area.  Sizeable in-city corner lot with single story teardown commercial. I'm looking to connect him to a buyer.  I'm a NE Portland resident.
