@Jacob Perez Thank you for giving me so much for the info!
How can mortgage broker's get around losing deals after being used by clients?
What is the average broker's day like? What's your day like?
Could you clarify what you meant by "plans of buying"? Are you referring to getting mortgage for a house?
Sorry for having so many questions. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks!

I'm interested in the loan and mortgage industry. I'm wondering how hard it is to get a job with a mortgage broker firm after getting a license. How's the mortgage industry doing in Canada? What's the job outlook like? Thanks!

So I graduated from college in 2016, but since then I've had to move in with my mom and I've been looking after her. I didn't worked during this period and I realized that I am not good or interested in my field of study. I'm looking into sales and marketing, but a lot of them seem to want relevant work experience. In fact, all jobs seem to want work experience.
I'm interested in real estate brokering but I don't have a driver's license of any driving experience. I'd like to invest in real estate (fix and flips) but I'm not sure if I can get any loans given my lack of a job. With a job that pays $15-20/hr would it be possible to get a loan to do a fix and flip? I'd very much like to earn some money.

If I want to be an individual investor, how much money do you need to have to play? Is it possible to buy some small notes in the $5-10K range?

With social and business networks such as Bigger Pockets and Linkedin, is there any economic justification for having a middleman (or woman)? Also is brokering notes legal in the US and even possible for a foreigner (I'm Canadian)? Thanks in advance for your responses.
