Hello everyone.

I’m hoping to get some sound advice.

I’ll try to keep it short and sweet.

I’m working on getting my credit score up. Currently at 563. Haven’t had credit in awhile, set up some lines of credit then screwed myself by setting up auto pay incorrectly.

I own a flooring business and am doing pretty well. I can come up with about $70k for a down payment.

Currently renting a house from my parents and they want me to buy it ASAP. Waiting for my score to get up enough where I can take out a loan...

I really want to get into BRRRR investing with multi family.

My questions are:

1.) Isit going to be hard to get a loan for an investment property if I’m paying a Morgage on our personal house?

2.) If I am able to get a loan for an investment property, and am able to put 20% down, assuming it appraise for more then what I put into it, would I be able to cash out and refi?

3.) what kind of credit score and income on paper do I need to show before doing ANYTHING?

Thank you I’m advance

Thank you for advise I sent an email to the listing agent so I will get that information this week. I don't think I can get approved right now but is there a way you think that I could speak to the seller and ask to do a lease agreement or so thin similar?

Hello everyone, I hope your all having a wonderful summer. I'm a firs to me buyer and currently have low credit. I think I'm at 610 right now. Only 2k in debt and about 4K to put down on a multi family of possible. I'm looking at a duplex near where I live, the price is 163k and has a lower and upper unit. No garage and one off road parking spot. Are there any experts that work in Stillwater that would be willing to talk about this duplex? Thank you kindly, Ryan

Todd Blank Hello and thanks for the reply, I'm currently chipping away at 8k worth of debt (car, credit, and college.) I have not made any investments but I would like to get started with buying and living in a multi unit. Meanwhile I would like to learn as much as I can about the market here in the twin cities.
