@Jeffrey Palmer thanks for sharing this. The jadu requirements are vague at best. I see where it's mentioned that it must be OO to rent JADU, but I also see other examples investors are not.

We are in the plans stage for a 1/1 500 sq ft JADU and 3/2 1100 sq ft Adu. We are currently OO, but plan to move and rent all three once projects are completed.

@Ely Kavon Looks good! We just bought a property in Lake Balboa and we are doing the same. Converting 1 car tandem garage into 500 sq ft JADU. Building 3/2 1100 sq ft adu in the back. 8500 sq ft corner lot. We are submitting plans in the next couple weeks.

We are in the design phase currently and should be submitting plans to the city within the next 2 weeks.
