Hello all,

I am looking for apartment complex lists in my target area and I am wondering if anyone has had any luck finding such lists.  I am attempting to contact the local assessors offices to see if these resources are available.  If anyone would let me know if they have had any luck with this and the sources they have used in the past it would be greatly appreciated.  I would love to hear any and all suggestions people may have.

I am just stating out and am interested in small apartment complexes.  I am considering purchasing a small apartment home study course produced by Lance Edwards.  I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this program.  Any insight would be more than welcome and I would love to hear any suggestions that anyone has related to alternatives.
