Any success?
I did reach out to Wilcox and spoke with a few people over a Zoom call. Very informative, but was essentially told their level of CPA services wasn't recommended/needed for the size of our business and that we should focus on learning/doing what we can while growing the business.
Hey everyone!
We are looking for any referrals for Private Money Lenders located in Oregon that preferably invest in RE themselves (however investing in RE isn't a requirement). We don't have a deal at the moment we're looking for help with, but we'd love the opportunity to grab a coffee with anyone in person to talk through what our goals are and how their services might align with our strategy. PML's who are Ok with taking 2nd positions and open to equity partnerships AND debt structures would be ideal.
Thank you in advance! Cheers!

I am going to try this company this year. Donna was recommended by some friends with use this company for their taxes. They all own multiple rentals or are investors. The business is located in Clackamas.
Thank you! I will reach out to them this week!

Who was the original loan with? What shape were the units in at the time you purchased?
Awesome story, thanks for sharing.
Hi everyone!
Would love any recommendations for CPA's in Oregon, preferably who also invest themselves.
Cheers!

@Jeremy Pommerening thanks 1) if property is a SFR - a 15% down payment might be possible 2) I wouldnt make any decsions based on the hope rates dropping ...they likely will but you cant count on this occuring and then be caught in a hard spot 3) 100% financing on an investment proeprty not possible - good luck
Hello all,
Wondering if anyone would mind sharing a contact for a RE attorney in Oregon who also invests.
Much appreciated!
Hey Riley, happy to connect as well. All my contact info in my profile is current. My profession isn't in RE, but I'm starting the investing journey like you. Currently located in Seattle, but likely moving to OR later next year. WA and OR are my primary markets.
Cheers!
