Hi BP, need some advice/input. Planning on doing a Brrr and have an investor to fund the purchase/rehab, and just want to give them a clear understanding of how it can affect them. When we’re going to pay them their capital investment back including interest, profits, etc is there a threshold that determines whether or not a 1099 is needed? Does the investor have to claim any gains?
