@Christopher Ryals more or less the idea is get a group of like minded people that like to socialize and network and talk real estate and business all in one place make a monthly event out of it see what kind of connections and partnerships can come from it

@Joe Jackson, Jr that could possibly work didn’t think about that but a line of credit on my house is what I was thinking to start because I have nothing but equity in it

So I have full equity in my primary residence and am having a hard time actually finding an investor friendly lending company that will work with me do to my current situation of not having much income so I’m really at the point to dive straight in and build income through real estate just having a problem getting started any advice tips comments welcomed
