Glynn and Camden county resources

Hello fellow RE enthusiasts,

Finally ready to dive in and start investing!  I like what I'm seeing in Glynn and Camden county, especially the development happening in downtown Brunswick.  Anyone have recommendations for local lenders, wholesalers, investor friendly agents? 

Also any REIA's or groups in the area? I can't seem to find any active ones, and I would like to connect with other investors and RE enthusiasts in the area.
