I recently bought a duplex using private money in my LLC. I am trying to find a lender that would offer a HELOC on the property but I am having trouble finding one that would offer it to me because the house is in my LLC name not personal name. Has anyone come across this and if so how did you find a way to pull the equity out?

I am looking for the best resource other investors have found for doing a CMA on a particular market. I am looking for specific metrics such as population growth, job diversity, unemployment rates along with other statistics.
