Hey BP Peeps!

I wanted to shine some light on the Subto Community. First I called it a community, not a mentorship. When you think of a mentorship you think of high prices and not a lot of interaction. - If want to learn how to wholesale the course and live zooms will teach you the A-Z process on how to get a deal done!

- If you want to learn how to buy and hold this is the place for you! you'll learn multiple strategies on how to acquire properties and the type of rental you'd like to have LTR, STR, etc.

- In my opinion, aside from all the content that is provided the SubTo Community is the BEST community! The people you'll be surrounded by in this community are unparalleled by any other. You can learn so much from other members and even make MONEY together!

Hi BP community, my name is Ryan Vasquez I live in Phx, AZ area. I'm new to the community and new to real estate investing. I have been listening to the Real Estate Rookie podcast and the BiggerPockets podcast for a while now. I have also ordered some books from BP and I'm ready to get started investing!
