@Lydia R. I’ve found several homes in my area that are off market. The area isn’t the greatest but these homes have potential. My question is are investors interested in off market properties?

So due to me not working at the moment I spend a lot of time online and stumbled upon the topic of wholesaling and it caught my attention. Especially learning that I don’t even have to use my own money or credit to fund  the deal. I’ve been conducting research and I’ve actually found a few leads but haven’t reached out to the potential sellers yet. My question is how do I gurantee the offer $$ that I am presenting to the seller with no buyers in place yet?
