i want to possibly use hard money this year to grow quicker   and can you use them for new builds  who should i use and  any tips?   ( im in Wisconsin )

just call the property manger and pretend you want to rent a unit and ask or some show it online if you google the property

I am considering doing wholesale part time I only have about 3-4 hr in the evening to do it is that enough time to make it work?

and are all you wholesaler's cold calling? or out sourcing it if so who's doing it   how about google ads?  and how are you finding buyers?
