Where to start wholesaling? Any suggestions how to get my first deal in wholesaling? What are the great areas to do wholesaling in MI? I have cash buyers list of 12-15 people. I did work out in few areas and made few phone calls but it seems like I am still having hard time brining the sellers down from their price. Any advise for me? Thank you.

We were thinking about doing wholesaling in Richmond area but most likely will do in Northern Virginia like Herndon, Sterling, Reston areas. I appreciate your feed back. We will look into Hampton as well. Thank you.

I moved to MI from VA, but we do want to do wholesaling in other states as well. So, we are getting as much as knowledge and experience to be successful in wholesaling business.

Thank you Nick. We been to couple seminar, including Fortune builders. I am still trying to find deals around all over MI so I can make one closing. Any suggestions????
