Condo conversion address 1613 6th St Berkley CA

7 unit apartment complex sell price is 1.52M

six units are 2 bed / 1 bath

one is a 3 bed / 1 bath

all units have their separate gas and water meters and parking space, there is even a common space available set up in the complex.

Condo compatibles are $400,000 plus

Even without the conversion I am told the rent are $135,000 per year cash flow.

After talking to the planner at the city, most of the conditions have already been met by this particular property.

It will mostly be paperwork to convert and put in place an HOA. There is a lawyer with a lot of experience that offers to do this for a flat fee of $10,000.

Hello from San Jose! My name is Sal Jimenez and I am new to real estate investing. I obtain my real estate license in 2005, but have limited experience in REI, I realized that after working in two deals this year with two different investors. I am eager to learn as much as I can.
