Yes they are turnkey and sell in multiple cities across the US.
I live in New York and it’s just too expensive here to ever see any positive cash flow so I’m looking to buy out of state. 
Seems this company sells the properties and also manages them for out of state investors.

Hey everyone!

I'm new to REI and have been stuck in the "analysis paralysis" stage for a while now. Currently, I'm looking into the company REI Nation. I've heard good things about them and have a family member who has done business with them. Has anyone else worked with a turnkey company like this before? Any thoughts/comments are appreciated!
