Thats the deal Nilesh, thats my biggest question. How to get started out with really not having any Extra cash laying around in hand.

Lee i will look it up. I work shift work, so i wont know if i will be able to come until maybe the day before. As of now im off that day so hopefully i wont get called out. Will you be there?

Also, i think i should have mentioned this before, but does it matter if i dont have a real estate liscence? going to these investment clubs and not having a real estate liscence, i wasnt sure if it would matter or not.

Thank you Curt and Trevor. I googled real estate investment clubs in houston. there are a bunch, how should i go about choosing one or is there no secret to finding "the right one"

Hello all i am new to BP and just had a few questions about getting started in the flipping houses business. i currently have a great job but i want to get into real estate investing and hopefully one day do it full-time so i can be with my family more. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Im not the most book smart person but im highly motivated and im willing to be like a sponge and soak up any information/advice, do's/dont's, ANYTHING to help me out! thank you so much in advance
