Im excited for you. It's awesome that you're this motivated/educated at age 22. I started trying to buy my first investment property at 24 but I didn't end up closing until I was 26. (Don't waste your time on short sales). Lol. My biggest regret in real estate is that I didn't start when I was 18. 

I would encourage you to pick one thing you're interested in and stick with it until you become an expert. Buy and hold is what I would suggest based on the amount of hours you work at your day job. 

I live and work in Tulsa, and I would be happy to teach you what I know and help you in any way that I can. However, I'm currently in South America until June 14. Message me in June and we will meet up and talk real estate.

Hi Mark, I just found this forum from about a year ago. I am currently in Argentina studying abroad. I will be here for about 8 weeks. Have your thoughts changed at all about the future of inflation in Argentina? Are you interested in investing in Argentina? If so, I would like to hear more about that.
