So I think I found my first home :) Which I am beyond excited! Tomorrow I am supposed to go and take a look at the home. I know I read in a thread to make sure I have all my numbers just right. How would I be able to find Market Value of the Property? Also what do you guys recommend is the best website to find comp? Any advice helps!! Do I need to do anything else beside finding comp?

Thank you so much @Seth Williams this truly helps! So once I find a home. I than go to the county and check the Delinquent tax list. I can either obtain it from  the treasurer/tax collector or the assessor or maybe even the IT Administrator. Now, once I have this list what am I looking for?

Hey @Shannon Wright I am new to wholesaling can you explain to me what an escrow company does in the wholesaling process? Wouldn't you just need a title company to do the entire transaction?
