My wife and I are in Northern Michigan but both graduated from USM in 2016 and we are actively looking to invest in the Hattiesburg area. Looking for SFH and Multi's. If anyone knows the market pretty well and would be willing to chat I'd love to buy you a coffee! Looking for more information on expected rents, flood insurance, STR vs Long, growth in the area etc.
