Good morning all,
I am new to commercial real estate investing but have heard profitable success stories for Truck/RV parking. I'd like the opinion from other experienced Commercial investors what worked best when they first got started? Also, their thoughts on Truck/RV parking.
Is Loopnet a viable site to search for listings? What preffered website do you guys use to locate for sale properities?

Henry - very informative post. thank you. I am newer here as well. Can you clarify, if they accepy your $5000 offer for example, what does it mean the property gets put back on the tax roll?
