Alex Gaw Hey. Just looking at your post I had a few thoughts. Firstly, I would look into amazing programs like the Miracle Morning. Hal Elrod has incredible energy and many people that have tried the program have been seeing incredible success. I believe it is natural for people to have ups and downs throughout their days, months, years and lives. When we acknowledge that these are natural, I think our reaction to them is different. By realizing it is temporary, we can be excited to get through these periods and start to look forward to put energy coming back. I know that when I want to accomplish certain things but can't get up and do them, I reexamine my goals and try to see if these things line up with my ultimate goals. I hope you figure it out.

Justin R. Wow. Cool that it worked out for you. I can't remember the thread but I definitely remember seeing a post on BP about someone who let a "tenant" stay in the property for free while it was under construction. Actually it might have been a podcast. Pretty sure she ended up needing the Marshall to evict that "tenant". When I first saw your post I was thinking, "Oh this is a really nice thing to do, but a horrible idea". Happy you went for it and happy that it was successful!! Congratulations!!

Chase Gochnauer Hey. Just looking quickly at the number they don't add up to $127k a year. Figuring 40k for maintenance 10k for administrative and 14k for property managemen with utilities at 25k that comes out to around 90k. you are still missing a nice chunk that is not yet explained. Just wondering what else was missing from the list.

@William Vining

Just my two cents. If finding a deal is hard then it probably means you have come to the right place. Just means you have to get your direct marketing up and running. Keep us posted on your results!!

Brandon G. Chris M. Ok. So maybe you guys are arguing a bit. But I would like to lend credence to the belief that the government may have unwisely pushed the banking institutions to lend in unsafe practice. If the government creates a quota, then surely banks will do all that they have to to meet those quotas. That being said, Chris seems to have come into contact with people who immorally took advantage of specific segments due to their lack of knowledge. I find that very believable. It doesn't take more than the abilities to screw someone for people in the business world to go ahead and act unethically. Thank you all for sharing your opinions. Let's try and keep BP the upbeat forum it is. Have a great Day!

Brandon G. Chris M. I didn't read through your comments more than twice but it didn't seem like you guys are arguing. Brandon, I read about half of that article and it definitely got my mind thinking. Thanks for sharing. Have a good one!

Frank Sanchez I have been hoping to find people that are not ecstatic about RDPD on BP and I'm glad I found this thread. I don't believe in scathing reviews but I definitely can relate to a lot of the negative reactions to the book and the programs he sells. After hearing so much positive feedback from the BP community I was very interested in reading the book. Happens to be, a really sweet lady I work with happened to sign up for one of the programs that were very expensive. It was hard for me to hear the disappointment she experienced paying that much money for something that apparently didn't give her much value. But I still had not read the book. She gave me the book and I thanked her profusely because I was so excited to read it. I must say that it was very hard for me to digest. I understood the point Kiyosaki was trying to drive home, but I did not understand the lack of respect that came across through his writing. I have not finished the full book due to that. I believe firmly in hard work. I have not met anyone in the BP community that doesn't believe in hard work. But I believe that we live in a world filled with many different people and that necessitates respect for people of all backgrounds. RDPD comes across as there is only one right way to "Financial Freedom" and those who don't get aboard the train are fools. I don't believe it is anyone's position to determine that about anyone else. We all are trying our best on this beautiful ride we call life. And if some get excited by financial freedom, then I say more power to them. It definitely seems like RDPD has benefited many, many people. To that I say "Job well done, Kiyosaki." To the programs out there, the same seems to be true. As long as the purpose is to benefit people and not try to fleece them out of their hard-earned money. Unfortunately for my friend, she ended up the same way as before, minus the hard-earned retirement money. Anyways, till next time BP. Just my two cents. Thanks for reading! Have a great day!

Billy Rogers Yeah that was my original reaction. It is cool that he came around to paying cash and closing quickly.
