To be fair with WealthAbility, I wanted to provide an update for the BP community - Within a couple days of my initial WealthAbility post on the BP forums I was contacted directly by WealthAbility. After a lengthy zoom call, I can finally say that I felt heard and cared about by the company. We were able to reach an agreement that was fair and favorable to both parties. I feel content with the outcome and am thankful for their recent efforts made towards rectifying the situation.

@Brad L.
You’d know better than I. Sorry if info was incorrect. My experience was with WealthAbility in 2023 and not ProVision. I’m sure you’re right in that ProVision is a much better company than WealthAbility.
I’d consider dedicating at least 1/2 the time you spend trolling & responding to all my comments on these PUBLIC BP forums to responding to WealthAbility client complaints. Try backing up your empty claims of being ‘the good guy’ that does all he can do to help clients resolve valid complaints as the director of client relations. You say one thing publicly while in reality you do nothing for your clients behind closed doors. You have my email and phone number if you’d prefer to actually speak with me directly and professionally.

@Carol Lam I agree, he has great books out there with great content that are definitely worth reading! Tom gets drawn into these WealthAbility and ProVision complaints because he is the CEO of both companies. If he wanted his business practices to be different, than they would be.
