@Jewel B.

Hi Jewel, I am an agent in Cincinnati, and if you are interested, I can help you find your first investment property in Greater Cincinnati (NKY and Cincinnati). I have ideas for creative financing I believe you may like, including seller financing being one mainly. Please, reach out to let me know if you are interested, I believe my idea would help out a lot. Thank you!

@Chelsea M.

Of course I will say Cincinnati, but it is also in my backyard. We get all weather (sometimes all in one day, lol), cash flows, property is relatively cheaper, etc. Let me know what you think of Cincy!

@Darrell Degrazia

I agree with others on here, I don't think price range is of concern as long as it is a good investment and you can afford it

@Michael A.

I recommend checking out Niche.com and to get a more accurate view, look at the street view on the listing. This will help out to know what the street itself is like

@Monica Boyles

Hi Monica, although it is not necessary to go see the property with your own eyes, any agent could do a showing and get videos of the place to get a more realistic view of it. But, going to see the property yourself isn't a terrible idea, after all this is a huge asset to have, especially if it is your first. Be sure to have multiple houses you'd want to see of course in case one doesn't seem fit for you. I am in Cincinnati, OH, one of the 3 cash flow markets in OH. Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati. I would recommend giving Cincinnati a try, let me know and we can hop on a call to get you set up on a search!

@Paras Newbe

I am not familiar with your area, so you should look for an investor friendly agent yourself on BP around you!

If you are at all interested looking OOS, I would suggest Cincinnati. Lower price points, landlord friendly, potential cash flow, etc. Let me know if you are interested and have any questions!
