@Simon Liang

Simon, what are your thoughts on the OH markets? Landlord friendly, great cash flow, etc.

@Matthew Harding

If you are open to other areas, I would recommend Cincinnati! Great cash flow opportunities!

Based on cash flow, I would recommend midwest of course. 3 big ones in OH, Indianapolis, etc. There are still deals! Go find them!!!

@Garrett Christensen

I normally do 6%-8%. I know people who will do 5%. I am a little more conservative than that though

@Billy Daniel

Hi Billy, I would say the cash flow. The fact that there is a 3 headed monster in that state I would say does it. I am an agent in Cincinnati and the cash flow is aplenty

@Irvin Nguyen

Hi Irvin, I know I may be bias but I would definitely say midwest places like OH, KY, IN, etc. I am an agent based out of Cincinnati and there are still deals to be done here! I would say you can expect good 5-9% ROI here! If you are looking in NKY or Cincinnati, shoot me a DM! I would happy to help you find your next investment!
