Does anyone know a good RMLO in Knoxville that can assist with seller financed loans to occupants in order to comply with Dodd-Frank?

Thanks

You are better off making the money and paying the tax on it. Increase your withholding further. Paying at the end of the year is good. It means you are making money. I hope both of you are maxing out your 401ks and IRAs.

Asking this because I don't know the answer: If Maria's desire is to eventually leave her W-2 Job and become a Full-Time REI... would she not be better off paying the minimum "match" to her 401K, and adding nothing to her IRA? Instead take the $ she would pay to max those accounts and put down on more rental property to increase her cash flow? Keep doing this year after year until her cash flow = her W2 income or close enough to call it quits? Thanks in advance.

Welcome home...and welcome aboard! Michael just gave you a great link for your reading list. If you attack that with the fervor you did with the Commandant's reading list...you'll be off to a great start. Speaking of starts, maybe begin with the Rich Dad book for the overall big picture then work your way through the others as you develop your interests. S/F
