Hello my fellow New Jerseyan,

I am from Rahway NJ currently residing in Tampa Florida after serving 24 yrs in the USAF. I'm new to the real estate flipping game. I am very interested in flipping in NJ and the areas you talk about are getting ready to boom. I would like to get in while the market is right and ready to explode. Any advice
