Hello Diana,
I am writing for a family friend that owns a brownstone in Jersey City. We have a great property manager now, but he is too busy with his other business', so we are in the process of looking for a new property manager. Is there a good time for you to chat sometime over the weekend, or tomorrow evening?
Thanks,
Sandy

Hello,
I am looking for a property manager for Jersey City. The rental is a brownstone with 3 rental units, perfect for someone looking for a side gig. Fully occupied, need a property manager to handle the basics, collect rent and deal with occasional repairs. Thank you!

Hello,
I have a friend that is looking for a "rent to buy" home. My friend has severe allergies and needs to rent the home for several months before committing to buy. My friend is looking for a home that is minimum 1k sq ft. The buyer is a retired professor, very considerate, and a non smoker. My friend interested in ultimately buying in Toms River, New Jersey and the budget is 50k-150K.
If there are any realtors or investors that have a property that fits please DM me.
Forgive me if I chose the wrong forum to post...Thanks in advance!

Sue Kelly, Greg S., and Mario Brown.
Thanks so much for your responses. I believe my friend would like to avoid going to court if possible. I am hoping for the best and hope the tenant will agree to the increase.

Hello,
I am asking this question for a friend that is a landlord.
If you had a tenant that lived in Hudson County in a nice brownstone that hasn't had a rent increase in 6 years...is a 15% increase considered an "unconscionable"raise? The apartment is a one bedroom/one bathroom.
Thanks in Advance

Hello Fellow BP Members,
I just paid for the PRO membership and it is totally worth it!
I am trying to find a contractor that can handle a large renovation that would include: brownstone kitchen, bathroom , maybe install new windows, buiding permits in Jersey City, NJ. I also looking for a property manager that lives in or near Jersey City too.. I'm looking to build long term relationships with a good GC and property manager. I would like to have a network of trusted talented people I can call....

Hello Fellow BP Members,
A associate of mine with allergies is looking for long term housing to rent in Fairfax, Alexandria or Arlington, Virginia. He is trying to find a rental that does NOT need new paint,(or not recently painted) has NO strongly scented products (air fresheners, shampooed carpet smell etc.) Gas or electric heat are preferable. He has good references, excellent credit, and does not smoke. He is looking for a townhome, SFH, cottage or an apartment. If anyone has any properties they are renting before any renovations, or painting please feel free to direct message me.
Thank you!
Thanks Jane S., Nehemias Ponce. Justin Owens ,Steven Butala, Justin Howe and Varma Adduri
for the welcome! I'm going to try to watch all of the videos this month.....so much to learn...:)
Have a good Sunday!
