@Paul Timmins thank you for the detailed information I just came across on. I have been wanting to go to one of these REI meetings and always asked myself how would it be and what goes on and you have laid it out thanks again.

Dev explained it well.... build your buyers list first just so you don't have to back away from a deal if you can't find a buyer later. Look for buyers and ask them several questions to see exactly what they are looking for and are willing to buy saves you a lot of headaches.

Are the attorney fees due upfront or can that be taken from the wholesaler fee?

As a wholesaler once you have the seller,contracts and buyer in place a title company is needed to close the deal. In Massachusetts I have heard you have to use a attorney only is that true? and is there a fee for a attorney to do the close?
