Hi Mike, I don't have a business plan or a opportunity :( I guess I'm asking how did you or anyone on here get into real estate? I am on bigger pockets everyday reading and just soaking in the information but I still don't know where to actually begin being that I have no hands on experience.

What would you say is the best way to break into real estate with no experience? All I know is that I am ready to break free from my cubicle and ready to dive in and do what is needed!

Thank you gentleman I did not have any specific questions I am just soaking up the information I have read on BP and just looking for some tips for beginners which you all are being very helpful with! I have looked into some REI meetings that I'm hoping to attend soon.

I went to a Robert Kiyosaki meeting about 2 weeks ago and wholesaling was talked about for a little bit and since that day I have been researching and educating myself especially on here. As a rookie with no real estate experience any beginners tips on wholesaling will be greatly appreciated.
