A investor I spoke to is saying 3% is standard and refuses to bid on a property requiring 5%. We require 3-5% usually. Do you all see this as a deal breaker?? I’m not sure what the big deal is. I see 5% as standard on lots of auction sites. I appreciate any feedback!

Hey guys! I’m new on here. I noticed the property reports only give rental information and not what the comps sold for. Is this site only for rental comps? Thanks!My links
