Post: Plumbers in Salt Lake City

I am starting a new rehab project at the end of the month in Salt Lake City and would love to try out a new plumber.  I have always used a larger company that has always sent someone different for each project.  I would love to get some recommendations for some independent plumbers that are decently priced and do a great job.

Thanks!

I am interested in putting an offer on a bank-owned property that needs some repairs and does not have a kitchen.  I would need to use a conventional loan, 30yr fixed.  I have enough for 20% down and cash on hand for all repairs.  Would this qualify for a conventional loan or would they reject it because it is not currently livable?  It is going to be a buy-and-hold.  Any experience or comments would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I would love to have wholesale deals passed my way.  I would be interested in Idaho properties as well, @David Healey, mostly in the Idaho Falls area but may be interested in others. I mostly look in the Salt Lake area. I have purchased all my properties off the MLS but have not seen anything that has caught my eye for a long time. I would like to learn more about purchasing from wholesalers. I would love to attend the meetup in Cottonwood if anyone is invited.
