we used batchleads/batchdialer and had some VA's, never had any luck hiring cold callers and thus not something we even consider anymore.
Thanks for responding, glad to hear your experience even if it wasn't a good one. Sets the bar for this might not work at all.

What do you think about Ft. Myers for str? Will the rebuild be able to support the saturation of STR's? Is there room for more? If this is a buyers market for the area I'm wondering if it is a good time to be purchasing as they rebuild?

@Ryan DeRobertis Curious to know if you made it down to PR and what you may have learned since this was originally posted. I've been looking into the same thing and @Kathryn Morea information here has been really helpful (Thank you!)
I definitely understand everyone else's practical advice regarding "lifestyle investments" but also think there is something to be said about following what lights a fire for you!
