I’ve been using batchskiptracing.com for a year now, but been getting a lot of bad numbers, wanted to see if there is a better skip tracing service out there? What do you guys use?

Here’s an update: The seller agreed to keep Earnest money amount, if we show proof of funds. So we sent that out today and hopefully we’ll get the ball rolling on this deal.

Got a great deal on my hands but....

the sellers lawyer is saying to increase the Earnest money amount to $2,000, what should I say to bring it down? How should I respond?

Any advice would be appreciated!

This owner is underwater and said she’ll take it for the price I offered what’s next? What do I need from this seller?
