Hello all!
I plan to get a rehab done my rent in Memphis. Just wondering if anyone has experience or feedback about a company called Pillar & Peak Restoration. So far, they seem professional, but I always like to get opinions.
Thanks!

Hello!
My tenants of 5 years are moving out at the end of April. I'm looking for recommendation on contractors in the Memphis midtown area to help me get it looking good!
I plan to sale or convert it to a STR/MTR this summer.

Any luck @Ryan Swain?
My tenants are moving out soon, and I am also looking to rehab my home near Crosstown.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about short term rentals in Desoto County, Mississippi?
These would be cities such as Southaven, Olive Branch and Hernando. I haven't had much luck with researching the ordinances nor finding anyone with experience.
Thanks!

Seems like a big price increase. Yeah, I agree with Bill. Get more estimates :)

Depends on the amount of lawn, weed eating, etc, for sure, but I'd say that's cheap!
