Finding a good rental investment will depend on what type of property are you looking for such as condo, townhome or single family and the area the property is located. The majority of tenants have budgets up to 1,200 to 1,300 and a few may have the income to go higher.
Depending on the area, you may be able to rent out a single family home for up to 1,300. Some of these areas may include Blue Island, Midlothian, Crestwood, Markham, Merrionette Park. Furthermore, at that price you may rent out a condo located in Orland Park, Tinley Park, Palos Hills and so on.
