I found a property that I have the cash for the down payment, but would need the capital for the rehab.

I was looking at other ways to raise the fund and was wondering, how long after you purchase a property can you apply for a HELOC?

Hi lenders! I'm hearing and reading so much about lenders but what exactly do you all look at when deciding how much an individual is qualified to borrow?!? I've heard the debt to income ratio and credit score, but what else?
