Does anyone know the bottom line on this "Real Estate College?" I work in the housing industry and invest. I was approached by some college kids who claimed all sorts of fabulous things about the school and program. The only factual info they gave me was the outrageous cost of the courses. Anybody
know what the bottom line on these people is?

I'm an investor who has been working exclusively in residential property and would like to move into the commercial side of the biz. Any clubs that me up in utah? I would love to hear about them

I've been having success in the residential market buying homes and setting them up on lease options until the property appreciates. Being new to the commercial market I was wondering what types of similair or other strategies people are using with commercial properties.
