@Alex Bekeza thanks for the question, not sure if I know the right answer. I have a single-family in Murfreesboro. I currently own it in my name and just have liability insurance. I've been looking into the LLC scenario but not there yet.

I have some equity that I would like to capture to use for accumulating another rental property

I’m wanting to do a refi or cash out refi on a single-family rental in the Nash area. I would like to find a recommended mortgage broker.

Not even sure if it’s possible in the current climate.

@Ned Carey I have a decent idea of my price range and have also had several realtors chime in but I want to get an appraiser on it before I set a selling price.

Curious to hear opinions on investing in Columbia TN from anyone in the area. I’m looking around there.

My strategy is buy and hold, long-term rentals.

Seems like a stable yet (decent at best) rental market.

My focus is monthly cash more so than fast appreciation.
