well I am not allowed to give inside info on the HUD houses.

I am not able to buy any HUD houses since I inspect them.

Its a fun job though. I have found dead people and been robbed at gun point in that city.

I think I could have an advantage with my wife being in the title business and also having an agent that is always looking for me

Hello all.

Found this site with the web. Wow the best site I have found. What a way to gain knowledge in the real estate business.

I am 45 yr old male from Detroit area. I live outside the city and have no planes on investing in the city. The suburbs in this area is where the money is. I am employed as a HUD house inspector and my wife is the President of Michigan for a large national company out of Houston. So I see houses everyday.

Every house I go into I always ask myself what would I do to this house. Its just something I love to vision what the house could look like. I already own 2 houses in the area. We just moved into a house we bought with cash so my nephew could live in our old house with his small child. He just got out of the Air Force and we didn't want him to worry about making money as he is starting his career as an agent.

So I have my own agent and my own title work for very cheap.

I am excited to be here and look forward to getting as much info as possible,

Scott
