@Ondrej Gargula I think it depends what you like spending your time on. If you great at finding and buying properties then pay for a property manager. If you have lots of free time and aren't doing a lot of deals maybe keep it in house until you have scale. If the property is not close to where you live I heavily suggest outsourcing your PM.

@Zach Barber Another vote for vinyl planks! Stay away from the carpet.

@Charles Kennedy If your capital is tapped out then spend the time to network and brand yourself. Then raise capital for future deals. Many successful RE investors use OPM to grow their wealth along with those investors. For the $7500 as long as you still have adequate time building your brand and networking then self manage but I think you can grow your portfolio faster by hiring a mgmt company and focus on acquiring new deals and raising capital for them.

@Jeanie Zepponi your welcome! I also love the idea of residual income. I wold be lying if I told you I could recommend an investor or lender for and RV park.  I am only in the multifamily space. Keep in touch and if you get into multifamily down the road keep me in mind as I love sharing information and helping others.

@Charles Kennedy I would not self-manage being that far away. Pay the small fee to a mgmt company and use your time more effectively finding new deals creating more cash flow for yourself.
