Venice Beach, CA. Walkable as a vacation property, close to beach, restaurants and bars. I think it would be a major issue if you worked on a daily basis and had to compete for parking in the late afternoon or evening.

Looking at a property in the beach area. The property has no driveway or alley access, basically no parking except for on the street with everyone else. Parking is at a premium.  Summer would be horrific. Price in excess of $1 million. Could be used as a principal residence or a vacation rental. I see the lack of parking as a problem for a principal residence while in terms of a vacation rental, it could affect repeat business. Your thoughts?
